Andrej discovered early on that curiosity is wicked. In his early days, he joyfully disassembled his dad's radio or mom's bicycle to see how it worked. You're right, it was a problem putting it back together.
Fortunately, Andrej found advertising, where curiosity is a blessing. He is an Executive Creative Director at Commonwealth McCann Dubai and a Regional Sustainability Lead at MCN. He believes advertising should be simple, memorable, and emotionally engaging.
Andrej's work has been recognized over 70 times at significant advertising award festivals, even earning him admiration from his parents. He was featured in renowned advertising publications such as AdAge, Campaign, AdWeek, Lurzer's Archive, and Communicate. Andrej collaborated with major brands like Chevrolet, Samsung, Mercedes-Benz, Emirates, Pepsi, GE, Gillette, Etisalat, Mars Foods, Pizza Hut, Nike, Dubai Properties, and Dubai Islamic Bank.
In addition to his work, Andrej regularly gives talks, participates in panel discussions, and writes thought leadership articles. He addresses topics such as creativity, advertising, innovation, leadership, and sustainability. He is an active member of numerous organizations including AmCham UAE, Advertising Business Group in Dubai, Dubai Chambers, and the IPG Sustainability Allies group member.
Andrej enjoys living in Dubai with his wife and two kids.
